Host Denis J. Puska visits with former downhill skier, olympian and now CBC Sports broadcaster Kelly VanderBeek who hails from Kapuskasing. She talks about growing up in Kap and taking her first time she tried to ski using the rope toe at Remi-Lake Ski Hill and how that may have influenced her future.
Denis also pays tribute to the founder of Puska Media Services, and talks about the Humboldt Broncos Bus accident that is marking its 8th year and what's been done since and also about Green Shirt Day.

She has a new book out called 'Just call me Andi, Sports Stories from a Trailblazer' on ECW Press. There is also a preview of junior hockey playoffs both in the Canadian Junior Hockey League and the Canadian Hockey League.

In this episode host Denis J Puska spends time with UPEI sports hall of fame inductee and Kapuskasing native Greg Gravel. He talks about being inducted into the sports hall of fame, his time playing hockey at UEPI and minor pro hockey, growing up in Kapuskasing and what he is doing now with The True Hockey Program. Puska also shares his memories of Jim Robson, the thoughts on the Super Bowl game and discusses changes to Ontario Curling.

Puska sits down with longtime and well known broadcaster Mark Hebsy Hebscher, who is best remembered for his work on Sportsline and the Hebsy Awards. Mark talks about some famous sports broadcasters, and of his new book Madness The Rise and Ruin of Sports Media. There is also discussion on the upcoming Winter Olympics and the NHL at the Olympic Break.

Robson discusses his relationship with Schultz and insights about the book. Puska also has his thoughts on two hot button subjects: The Winter Olympics its venues plus gambling with professional sports athletes.
